Invites applications from candidates for its presses at Mysore in Karnataka and Salboni in West Bengal to following vacancies :
1. Manager (Security)
No of Posts – 2 UR
Scale of Pay and Grade Pay – Rs.22500-46920 + Grade Pay of Rs. 7920/-,
Depending on the place of posting total initial monthly emoluments will be approx.
Rs.44,000/-(Excluding House Rent allowance, Sodexho Meal Coupons, Telephone
charges, Conveyance allowance, etc.)
Age Limit – Not more than 40 yrs
2. Assistant Manager (Security)
No of Posts – 10 (7 UR, 2 OBC, 1 SC)
Scale of Pay and Grade Pay – Rs.15050-41760 + Grade Pay of Rs.5520/-,
Depending upon the place of posting total initial monthly emoluments will be approx.
Rs.30,000/- (Excluding House Rent allowance, Sodexho Meal Coupons, Telephone
charges, Conveyance allowance, etc.)
Age Limit – Not more than 52 yrs
Both the above posts carry benefits of Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave, Leave Travel Facility, Food Vouchers and Medical Facilities. The selected applicants on appointment are also eligible for allotment of quarters as per the allotment rules of the Company.

No fee is payable by SC/ST/PWD applicants & Staff candidates.
Application fee must be paid by way of Bank Pay Order/Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of
‘Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited’ payable at “Bangalore” along with the application.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Experience as on 31/12/2010)
i) Manager (Security): He should be an Ex-commissioned Officer (including short service) with atleast 5 years of service in the rank of Captain/Major in the Indian Army.
ii) Assistant Manager (Security): He should be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) with a minimum of 10 years of service as JCO in EME/Signals branch of Indian Army OR with a minimum of 10 years of service as JCO and served in NSG from the Indian Army.
SCHEME OF SELECTION:
Selection will be made through Interview of short listed applicants.
Applicants should not enclose any certificates or copies thereof with the application
However, a copy of the Release Order from the Army and caste certificate & Disability certificate if applicable should be submitted along with the application.

Those who satisfy the aforesaid eligibility norms may submit their applications strictly in the prescribed format published herewith on one side only on A4 size paper along with requisite fee, copy of Discharge certificate/ Release order and caste certificate in the Government of India format (if applicable) and No objection certificate/Disability Certificate from the present employer. any other format will be rejected.

The said last date is extendable by 7 days i.e. upto January 22, 2011 in respect of applicants residing abroad, Sikkim, in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Minicoy islands, north-eastern states and Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti Districts and Panaji Sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh.
CHECK LIST FOR SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM:
a) The Format of the Application Form given below should not itself be used as application.
b) The application, strictly in conformity with the Format, should be typed or neatly handwritten in English, on A4 paper and should be complete in all respects. Incomplete application in any form and not in the prescribed Format shall be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained by BRBNMPL in the matter.
c) Name and address should be written in capital letters in English only.
d) Applicants should write their name and address on the reverse of the Demand Draft in the space provided for the purpose (if fee is payable) and enclose them to the application with a pin (should not be stapled)
e) Applicants should ensure that all the entries have been correctly filled in and the application is duly signed including pasting of recent photograph.
f) On the cover containing the application, the post applied for should be clearly indicated as “Application for Manager (Security)” OR “Application for Assistant Manager (Security)”.
g) Application with Bank Pay Orders / DDs, should be sent in a cover superscribed as
